The extraordinary beauty of the Amalfi Coast, together with the magical Mediterranean treasures of Sicily makes this a richly rewarding tour. We spend time in the legendary Isle of Capri and indulge in its chic lifestyle. We stay in the world famous Positano, said to be the only town in the world organised on a vertical rather than horizontal plan, with its pastel houses and golden domed Duom. We walk along the spectacular ‘Pathway of the Gods’ and we visit Ravello and the magnificent gardens of Villa Cimbrone, with its amazing ‘Terrace of the Infinite’. We travel to the very beautiful town of Taormina in Sicily and experience a walking tour of Mount Etna. We cook and feast on Sicilian delicacies, visit a family farm, and then stay in Scopello on the Gulf of Castellamare to see Italy’s first protected coastal nature reserve, with its rare and protected bird life and plant species. This tour offers you all the enchantment of limestone cliffs, sapphire waters and white coves, which so many great writers have laboured to define.
