Life on the Larapinta trail just got better, with the introduction of a few luxurious flourishes.

If you’ve been one of the lucky ones to have just returned from the start of this year’s Larapinta season, you’ll know how fabulous our private campsite is looking. For those who haven’t been yet and are tempted to go, our lovely home away from home in the National Park near Ormiston Gorge is looking better than ever.

Not only do we have the same touches of luxury we have every year, with comfy swags and tents, hot bush showers and a private composting toilet, but now we have added a wonderful new safari-style tent to the mix, and it looks amazing!

Sheltered by the natural bush and placed to have optimum views of the surrounding landscape, the tent houses our new living and dining quarters for the season. The custom-built dining table is perfect for a convivial evening dining experience, and the leather sofa and comfortable armchairs provide a great spot to relax and unwind after a day on the trail.

Reports so far say the new tent certainly adds to an already wonderful Larapinta trail experience deep within the West Macdonnell Ranges.
