Christine has long been a friend of Epicurious Travel and is one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, a perfectionist inspired by strong flavours and a writer whose successful books have influenced the lives of professionals and keen cooks all over the world. The Tweed Valley is nestled amongst world heritage rainforests with dramatic mountain ranges, rich red volcanic soil and lush farmlands stretching toward some of Australia’s most pristine beaches. This is where Christine has recently made her new home and coastal kitchen.

On this food adventure Christine will lead us through a range of experiences from visits to diverse local producers, farmers markets, distillers and her favourite restaurants.

Each trip will be for a maximum of 8 guests to ensure personal space and comfort. If you share a love for warmer climes, fresh local produce and supporting emerging small-scale producers and restaurateurs, then do join us on this sub-tropical journey.
