YOUR OPTIONS WITH EPICURIOUS TRAVEL’S COVID BOOKING CONDITIONS
Epicurious Travel is ever mindful of the rapid changes that can occur due to COVID-19. Should your travel with Epicurious be impacted directly by Covid-19 in the lead-up to your departure, in the form of Border Closures or Red Zoning by the NT Government, we will hold the value of your booking as a full 24-month credit toward a future tour, on provision of suitable supporting documentation.
In terms of your personal health and travel, should you cancel due to illness (including Covid-19), our Standard Terms & Conditions will apply to your cancellation as for any other illness:
Cancellations are effective on the day they are received by the company. Since we incur costs well before trip departure, all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days before departure on Australian tours the full amount of monies already paid will be forfeited.
For this reason we strongly encourage you, as per the advice contained on our Booking Form, to secure Domestic Travel Insurance. Many insurers are now including COVID-19 in their policies and you are advised to speak with your preferred insurer about this.
